Suggested Use
Adults & children 5+ years old: Take 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) once daily.
Per tablespoon of Udo’s Oil® Omega Blend + DHA:
- 5 g of Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega-3)
- 2.9 g of Linoleic Acid (Omega-6)
- 2.4 g of Oleic Acid (Omega-9)
The cloudy layer in the oil is unique to this blend. Shake bottle gently before each use. Do not heat or use for frying. Can be frozen to prolong shelf life.

For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 months.
