How does Strath work?

Let's face it – most of us do not gets as many vitamins and nutrients as we should each day, and the ones we do ingest (through food or supplements) have to be available to our digestive process. That's where Strath comes in. We use a nutritional yeast called Saccharomyces cerevisiae, or "The Beneficial Yeast". Then we feed nutritional yeast cell a feast of beneficial herbs, each containing vital nutrients the body needs. These yeast cells eat and digest each vital nutrient. Human digestive systems cannot break down the cell wall of the nutritional yeast, so we at Strath have one more step to complete. We stop the growth of the nutritional yeast cell, which allows the cell wall to open up. This process is called plasmolysis, and it allows your body to easily absorb the vital nutrients that have been digested by the yeast cells.
