Returns and Refunds
- We do not accept returns because the item was purchased by mistake.
- In accordance with Australian Consumer Rights: All risk of loss or damage to good/s passes to you after we despatch your order from our Australian warehouse and when good/s are in-transit or under the care of third-parties. All reasonable care is taken to ensure your order is packed securely and despatched undamaged. However, in the unfortunate event of any loss or damage when goods are in-transit or under the care of third-parties your order will not be covered by The Vitamin Outlet for any such loss or damage. By ordering, you agree to indemnify The Vitamin Outlet against such loss or damage.
- In the unfortunate circumstance when a return is necessary for any other reasonable reasons, you have to contact us within 2 days after receiving your order. The Vitamin Outlet will have the final discretion on the return and refund.
- Recurring subscriptions are not refundable once it has been charged and order has been sent.
Cancellations
- Cancellation of order cannot be done once it has been shipped.
- A cancellation fee of $10.00 AUD plus the incurred payment gateway fee will be charged for all cancellation, including pre-orders.
