*We ship internationally via Australia Post.

*FREE shipping in Australia for order over $120 AUD up to 5kg.

*FREE shipping in WA for order over $85 AUD up to 5kg.

Orders will be processed on the same ^business day if it is received before 2pm and on the next business day if it is received after 2pm. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and on public holidays. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Notes:

*1. Some bulky low price items do not enjoy free shipping. These items should be excluded from the shopping cart in order to enjoy free shipping.

*2. Free shipping is not available for Afterpay payment method.

*3. All shipping are made via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change. During Christmas or other major public holiday, both domestic and international shippings will be delayed. We seek your kind understanding.

INDEMNITY AGAINST SHIPPING LOSS OR DAMAGE

In accordance with Australian Consumer Rights: All risk of loss or damage to good/s passes to you after we despatch your order from our warehouse and when good/s are in-transit or under the care of third-parties.

All reasonable care is taken to ensure your order is packed securely and despatched undamaged. However, in the unfortunate event of any loss or damage when goods are in-transit or under the care of third-parties your order will not be covered by The Vitamin Outlet for any such loss or damage.

By ordering from The Vitamin Outlet, you agree to indemnify The Vitamin Outlet against such loss or damage.

How to apply discount coupon

At the first checkout page, click “Redeem your code”, enter the discount coupon code, and then click “Apply”.

Payment

We accept major Credit Cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

• When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
• Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
• If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
