Metagenics SleepX Powder
SleepX is formulated to restore the circadian rhythm and maintain a healthy sleeping pattern. This formula contains Ashwagandha (Sensoril™) and magnesium bisglycinate, an exclusive and easily absorbed form of magnesium, to assist muscle relaxation during sleep.
SleepX is naturally coloured from lutein and zeaxanthin, which help mitigate the effects of blue light exposure on sleep. The ingredient combination helps to establish, restore, and reset the sleep-wake cycle. Add one scoop of the great-tasting tropical powder to 200mL of water before bed to improve sleeping patterns.

Excipients

Directions
Adults: Take 1 scoop (5.7 g) in 200 mL of water, once daily in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
