Directions
Adults:
To calm the mind and support emotional wellbeing: Take one capsule daily with food.
In times of acute, mild anxiety: Take two capsules once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
