FemmeX contains Magnesium bisglycinate, an easily absorbed form of magnesium that helps reduce premenstrual tension and supports a healthy stress response. Chromium and inositol help support healthy glucose metabolism in healthy individuals, while iodine and selenium support healthy thyroid function. The thyroid plays an important role in regulating hormonal balance and can be affected by stress.
The activated forms of vitamin B6 and B12 are included to support healthy oestrogen levels and natural liver detoxification processes.

Adults: Add 2 level scoops (9.8 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [contains vitamin B6]. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
