Organic Cough Syrup (previously known as Herbal Cough & Chest Syrup)

A cabinet staple to help with relief of coughs. It provides a therapeutic mix of Elecampane, Mullein, Marshmallow and White Horehound - all herbs traditionally used to help relieve coughs and assist with mucus removal. Combined with New Zealand Mānuka Honey, it provides therapeutic support for winter coughs and colds for the whole family.

Ingredients

Each 10mL of this certified organic product contains:

Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) dry leaf extract 600
microlitres (derived from 300mg dry leaf).

Inula helenium (Elecampane) dry root extract 600
microlitres (derived from 300mg dry root).

Marrubium vulgare (White horehound) dry herb
extract 550 microlitres (derived from 275mg dry
herb).

Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) dry root extract
550 microlitres (derived from 110mg dry root).

Honey 5.6g

In a base of purified water, ethanol, apple (juice
concentrate), apple cider vinegar, orange flavour,
lemon oil and ascorbic acid.

Dosage

Take up to 5 times daily. Take undiluted, or dilute in a small amount (30mL) of water or juice and drink immediately.

Adults: 10mL

Cautions

Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains no more than 7% v/v ethanol. Contains sugars as honey and apple juice. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age. Not suitable for infants under the age of 12 months.
