GreenOMEGA 3 is ideal for vegans and vegetarians who want an Omega 3 supplement with all of the benefits of fish oil, but without the fish and the related sustainability issue of using a fish source.

Ingredients

Life'sOMEGA3™ microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.) 96.3%, Sunflower Oil 3.15%, Rosemary Extract 0.3%, Tocopherols 0.2%, Ascorbyl Palmitate 0.05%.

Suggested Use

One serve = 1 capsule ADULTS: 1 serve daily

Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: use 1-2 serve daily.

Children: DO NOT GIVE CAPSULES to children - use the 50ml Oil product, mix with any food (after cooking) including breakfast cereal, shakes and smoothies or take directly via mouth.
