Suggested Use

One serve = 2 capsules
Adults: use 1 serve (2 capsules) daily
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: use 1-2 serves (2-4 capsules) daily
Children age 1-11 years: use 1/3 of level teaspoon of GreenCALCIUM POWDER daily (DO NOT give capsules to small children).
