Dosage

Shake bottle well before use. Take 3 tablespoons 3 times daily. Dilute with an equal amount of hot water and sip slowly. Preferably take half an hour before breakfast and lunch, and on an empty stomach before bed.

Cautions: Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 weeks. This product contains no alcohol or preservatives; refrigeration prevents fermentation. Mild detoxification reactions (e.g. headaches, nausea, flu-like symptoms) may occur — if so, reduce to one tablespoon daily and gradually increase.

Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy/Polygonaceae/Brassicaceae plants, taking diuretics, or if you have heart disease, blood pressure issues, kidney/liver disorders, diabetes, or edema. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any condition or take medications. Discontinue if abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting persists for more than 3 days. Stop use immediately and seek medical attention if experiencing dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness/pain, abnormal heartbeat, or difficulty breathing. Keep out of reach of children.
