Description: Arnica is a herb with a firm history of traditional use in Western Herbal Medicine to provide relief to muscle strains, sprains and soreness, and reduce muscle inflammation. It was also used to enhance the healing of bruises and relieve mild rheumatic ache and pains.
Directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years apply 5g (approx 1 tsp) to the affected area(s) and massage gently until fully absorbed once or twice daily. Appearance: Yellow to light brown coloured cream.
