Directions

For mild burns: Immediate treatment of burns should be application of cold water for ten minutes before applying antibacterial honey to the mild burn site.

Only use on minor burns after initial first aid treatment. Medical advice should be sought for serious burns. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

For minor wounds, cuts and abrasions: Squeeze antibacterial honey directly onto a clean dressing and apply to the affected area. Be sure to completely cover the wound, leaving no air pockets between the honey, dressing and the affected area.

Approximately 25g of antibacterial honey is required for a 10cm × 10cm dressing.

Keep the dressing dry and change daily.

Some people may experience a transient stinging sensation after application to minor wounds. If this persists or worsens, rinse off, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
