Studies shows that inhalation of small quantities of the combined essential oils will improve the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) and non-REM sleep. This leads to a refreshing sleep in the case of mild insomnia. For hyper active little mind, this blend gives well balanced soothing effects when the physical status requires good rest and a high quality sleep.

Directions for use
For helping to promote sleep: add 6-10 drops to an essential oil diffuser (our wooden pieces or crystal range). Place this in the bedroom and turn it on about fifteen minutes before bed time if it is an ultrasonic diffuser.
Additional:
For use on the body: this Blend can be used to create a massage oil blend. Use from 8 to 16 drops (about 2.5% to 5%) added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil (Apricot Oil). It can be used with a relaxation massage application, to the whole body or selected areas.
For a relaxing bath: Fill the bath and then add 8 drops of the Blend to the bath water. Mix the surface of the water with your hand to make sure it is dispersed.
The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.
