Directions for Use
The exact amount of magnesium you need is dependent on a number of factors like your age, gender, and lifestyle. To maintain optimal levels, the average person will need to apply 8–10 sprays of our Sensitive Magnesium Spray daily.
We recommend applying 4–5 sprays to your upper body in the morning to help energise, and the same to your lower body in the evening for relaxation. Additionally, apply as needed throughout the day when symptoms arise.
There’s no need to wash our Sensitive Magnesium Spray off — just don’t forget to rub it in well for the best results.
