Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser.
Add 5-10 drops to ½ cup of (any) milk and add to running bath water.
Add 1 drop to pulse points. Repeat as required.
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
