Wonder Foods PHGG Plus
Wonder Foods PHGG Plus contains the prebiotic Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (Sunfiber®) with the probiotic Bacillus Coagulans MTCC 5856 (Lactospore®).
Lactospore is a beneficial probiotic strain which has been shown through human studies to significantly decrease the symptoms of IBS. This product is a synergistic blend of a prebiotic and probiotic, which improves the health and diversity of gut flora. It promotes healthy bowel function and regularity and may reduce the symptoms of constipation, diarrhoea and gas, particularly in those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Wonder Foods PHGG Plus is 100% natural, taste free, odour free, gluten free and GMO free. It easily dissolves in liquid and can be added to cooking and baking. PHGG PLUS is also IBS and FODMAP Friendly.

Ingredients
Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (Sunfiber®), Bacillus Coagulans MTCC 5856 (LactoSpore®) 1 billion CFU per serve.
Suggested Use
FODMAP Friendly certified at a 5 g serve size. As with other food products that contain fibre, this product may cause abdominal discomfort in susceptible individuals. We suggest commencing with a 5 g serve (3 teaspoons) daily, and gradually increase to an optimum intake of 6 g (3½ teaspoons) daily. Consume with water or add to smoothies, cereal or yoghurt.
Important: Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advised to stay well hydrated.
