Millenium Pharmaceuticals Vitamin C with Hesperidin Complex supports immune system health and may reduce the severity and duration of colds and flu. It may also assist in the relief of the symptoms of hayfever, and assists in the maintenance of peripheral circulation.
Vitamin C also acts as an antioxidant to help protect against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Ingredients
Each 2g dose of the powder contains- Ascorbic Acid as Calcium Ascorbate - 310mg
- Ascorbic Acid - 700mg
- Hesperidin - 225mg
- Ferrum Metallicum(H) 30x - 2.50mg
- Manganum Metallicum(H) 30x - 2.50mg
- Zincum Metallicum(H) 30x - 2.50mg
- Selenium Metallicum(H) 30x - 2.50mg
Adults - 2g (1/2-1 metric teaspoon) twice daily.
Children 2-12 years - not more than 2g daily in divided doses, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
