Containing 100% Pure Nigella Sativa Oil, Hab Shifa Black Seed Oil is carefully harvested and extracted with a cold-press method in order to ensure our oil is of the highest standards.

Hab Shifa Black Seed Oil can be taken orally as well applied topically to the skin and scalp.

Adults: 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) twice a day after meals. Can be mixed with a hot or cold drink.

Children 3 to 12 years: Half adult dose.
