Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area.
Scalds, blisters, cuts and grazes
Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area or add to a warm wash of salty water and rinse.
Nerve pain
Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area. Repeat hourly.
Sleep and relaxation
Add 10 drops to your bath or diffuser or rub on the soles of your feet before sleep. Repeat as required. Use half dose for children 5 years old and over. Use Lavender Sweet for children under 5 years old. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Shock
Add a few drops to pulse points.
Bruising
Apply 1-2 drops directly to the area, prior to discolouration if possible. Repeat for 3 days. This oil can also be blended 50/50 with Geranium as a first-aid preparation for all impact injuries and bruises.
Lavender is one of the safest essential oils if used as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
